Digital Products
All LinguistiKids resources (including activity booklets, printable kits, games, planners, posters and learning packs) are digital downloads delivered electronically.
No physical items will be shipped.
After completing your purchase, you will:

Returns & Refunds Policy (Physical Products)
At LinguistiKids, every physical product is carefully prepared and packaged with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources.
> Change of Mind
As many of our products are made to order, assembled by hand, or prepared specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you no longer require the item.
Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we'd be happy to help.
> Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

> Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the postal service. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
> Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, LinguistiKids will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
If a return is approved for any other reason, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
> Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
