Physical Products
LinguistiKids offers a range of physical educational resources including, but not limited to, busy books, flashcards, activity books, learning games, classroom resources and other educational materials.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While every effort is made to accurately represent our products, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting and printing processes.
As many of our products are individually assembled or made to order, slight variations in appearance or finish may occur.
Order Processing
Every order is carefully prepared by me, from printing and assembling to quality checking and packaging. As a small, independently run business, I personally handle each order with great care.
Please allow the processing time stated on each product page before your order is dispatched. During busy periods, product launches, school holidays or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Thank you for supporting a small business. Your patience allows me to create high-quality educational resources while giving each order the attention it deserves. If there are any significant delays, I'll be sure to keep you updated.
Shipping of Physical Products
We offer standard flat-rate shipping of AUD $10 on all physical orders within Australia, regardless of the size of your order.
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within the processing timeframe stated on each product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates only and are the responsibility of the postal carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you safely, LinguistiKids cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and I'll be happy to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Product Safety
The safety of children is important to us. Some LinguistiKids products, including our busy books, contain small detachable pieces and self-adhesive hook-and-loop (Velcro®-style) dots.
These small components may become loose or detached over time with repeated use and could present a choking hazard.
Our busy books are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Children should always use our products under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Parents, caregivers and educators are encouraged to inspect products regularly for signs of wear or loose components and discontinue use if any parts become damaged or detached.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that adult supervision is required where appropriate and that it is your responsibility to ensure the product is used safely and in accordance with the recommended age guidelines.
Digital Products
All products sold on LinguistiKids are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
